Ingredients:

Na kruche ciasto:

1 niepełna szklanka mąki (15dkg)
1 żółtko
1/3 kostki masła/margaryny (8dkg)
3 czubate łyżki cukru pudru (6dkg)

Na masę serową:

1kg zmielonego twarogu
1szkl cukru(25dkg)
1 torebka cukru waniliowego
30dkg jeżyn
½ kostki masła(12,5dkg)
3 czubate łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej(6dkg)
otarta skórka z jednej cytryny
1 łyżka cukru pudru
4 jajka

Mnie te jeżyny wpadają w sernik, ale komuś nie wpadły:) Za pozwoleniem dołaczam nie moje zdjęcie zrobione do sernika zrobionego wg mojego przepisu (z innej stronki na której też przepisy wstawiam)

Prepare instructions:

mąkę posiekać z tłuszczem, dodać cukier puder i żółtko. Zagnieść kruche ciasto, włożyć na 30 minut do lodówki. Rozwałkować, wyłożyć tortownicę o średnicy 26 cm. Nakłuć kruchy spód widelcem, piec 10-15 minut w temp. 175^oC

Miękkie masło utrzeć z cukrem, cukrem waniliowym i otartą skórką z cytryny. Rozdzielić jajka. Do utartej masy dodać żółtka, dodać mąkę ziemniaczaną. Wymieszać z twarogiem, a następnie pianę z białek. Na końcu dodać przebrane jeżyny. Masę serową rozłożyć na kruchym spodzie, wyrównać powierzchnię. Wsunąć sernik do nagrzanego piekarnika, piec 50-60 minut w temp. 175^oC. Po wyjęciu posypać cukrem pudrem

Ile jajek ma być w masie serowej bo nie ma w przepisie?

Dałam 5 jajek bo już wszystko miałam przygotowane więc nie wiem czy dobrze. Tak na czuja. Sernik wyszedł całkiem całkiem. Połączenie jeżyn z sernikiem jest niesamowite. Dobrze, że zamroziłam sobie jeżynki w lecie...

to prawie trafiłaś, bo ja wkładam 4. Sorki, że dopiero dzisiaj odpisuje.
