Sernik z rosą

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

30 dkg mąki

10 dkg cukru

15 dkg margaryny

2 żółtka

1 jajko

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Masa serowa:

1 kg mielonego sera

2 szklanki mleka

1 szklanka cukru

½ szklanki oleju

4 żółtka

2 jajka

1 opakowanie budyniu śmietankowego

1 łyżeczka startej skórki pomarańczowej

Piana:

4 białka

1 szklanka cukru

Prepare instructions:

1. Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem do pieczenia, dodać miękką margarynę, żółtka, jajko i cukier. Zagnieść ciasto

2. Prostokątną formę posmarować margaryną i wylepić ciastem, formując wysokie boki.

3. Jajka i żółtka ubić z cukrem na puszystą masę. Dodać ser, następnie budyń, mleko, olej i skórkę pomarańczową. Składniki bardzo dokładnie wymieszać i wylać masę serową na ciasto. Piec ok. 60 minut w temperaturze 190 stopni.

4. Ubić białka ze szklanką cukru na sztywną pianę i rozłożyć na gorącym upieczonym cieście. Włożyć do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 150 stopni i zapiekać do czasu aż białka lekko zbrązowieją (15-20 minut)

Sernik wg tego przepisu robię już kilka ładnych lat. Spód pod sernik robię z połowy porcji. Ciasto rozpływa się w ustach. Pyszotka.POLECAM tym którzy nie znają tego serniczka.

Kiedyś piekłam ten sernik-zawsze był dobry,zobaczymy czy uda się jutro.
