Dzisiaj jest 5 dzień kiszenia i warzywa smakują naprawdę dobrze, marchewki, seler i papryka są dość miękkie, a kalafior chrupiący. Paprykę trochę za cienko pokroiłam i trochę się rozwala, ale poza tym jest OK. I brakło mi tak z pół litra zalewy, ale to nie problem. Fajna sprawa jako przegryzka, do obiadu czy jako dodatek do kiełbaski na ciepło. Nam smakuje. Polecam.
