Śląskie rolady

Ingredients:

80 dag wieprzowiny lub łopatki
25 dag boczku
3 ogórki kiszone średnie
10 dag pieczarek
2 cebula średnie
10 śliwek suszonych
margaryna do smażenia
sól,pieprz,papryka slodka,wegeta
musztarda

Prepare instructions:

1.Wieprzowine pokroić na plastry o grubośći 2-3 cm.Rozbić jak schabowe na 1 cm.

2.Mięso posolić,,posypać paparyką i posmarować musztardą nie za dużo.

Farsz:
boczek, śliwki,ogórki i 1 cebule pokroić w kostke gruba.pieczarki pokroić w pastry i podmażyć na patelni.
wszystkie składniki zmiksować.

3.Nałożyć farsz na mięso i zwinąć. Zwiniętą rolade zwiazać sznurkiem lub zwinąć nicią.

4.W garnku rozpuścić 1/4 margaryny pokroić cebule w kostke dać do garnka posypać wegetą pieprzem i papryką.Ułożyć rolady w garnku i podsmażać je aż sie zrumienią z każdej strony.

5.Kiedy będą ładnie brązowe dolać troche wody i gotowac aż będą miękkie.Wyciągnąć ostudzić i ściągnąć nitki.Sos doprawić do smaku i zageśćić mąką

No pewnie ze z wieprzowiny też są pyszne...... tylko ,że nie nazywają się Rolady śląskie:)
