Ingredients:

25 dag białego sera (ja kupuje taką tytke jak do ciasta, już zmielonego), 0,5 kg filetów śledzi mathiasów, 2 -3 średnie cebule, 2 - 3 łyżki majonezu, pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

tak, tak też pierszy raz jak przeczytałam to pomyślałam "żart" ale są naprawde pyszne, robiłam juz wiele razy, bardzo smakują mojej mamie:-) Wymoczyć dość dokładnie śledzie pokrojone w dowolne kawałeczki, cebulkę drobno posiekać, dodać do śledzi. Ser połączyć z majonezem i śledziami, dokładnie wymieszać, dodać sporo pieprzu do smaku. Ja dodaję jeszcze czasem sok z cytryny ale tego nie ma w oryginalnym przepisie. Polecam na imprezy do wódeczki

Fajnie że ktos nareszcie spróbował tych sledzików i jest na PLUS :-) ja wiem, mnie też zaskoczyło połączenie śledzi z białym serem ale teraz już wiem że TO JEST PYSZNE pozdrówka

No i stało się , tzn. śledzie stoją w lodówce i się "gryzą" a ja omal nie obgryzam paznokci z ciekawości, ale już wiem że to strzał w "dziesiątkę" Pozdrawiam i dziękuję za świetny przepis
