Ingredients:

Słoninka - 1kg

2 cebule

2 ząbki czosnku

3 jabłka

Sól, pieprz, lisc laurowy

Prepare instructions:

Słoninke pokroic i stopic na małym ogniu. Gdy juz beda lekko zrumienione skwarki, dodaje pokrojona w drobna kostke cebule, przecisniety czosnek, starte jabłka (na oczkach na ktorych tre ziemnaki na placki) Sole 2-3 łyzeczki soli i pieprz.I rzucam 3 listki laurowe i tak jeszcze dosmarzam. Gdy juz bedzie gotowe wyjmuje listki a całosc wlewam do słoiczka. I gotowe pyszne smarowidło na chlebek.

Jeszcze jak ktos lubie mozna dodac majeranek.

Właśnie wyjęłam słoninkę z zamrażarki i zamierzam zrobić smalczyk. Dodam jeszcze majeranek, który uwielbiamy z mężem :)
