Pozwalam. I polecam gorąco! Sos jest naprawdę pyszny i ma bardzo dużą szansę zastąpić u nas śmietanę do placków ziemniaczanych i sos tatarski do smażonego sera.

Sosik bardzo smaczny , tylko troche za żadki  .No ale może to wina jogurtu. Dodaje do ulubionych na pewno  będzie częsciej robiony.

Gęstość sosu zależy oczywiście od użytego jogurtu. Ja ostatnio polubiłam grecki, który można jeść łyżką.

Zamiast jogurtu mozna użyć naturalnego serka homogenizowanego. Jest gęsty i pyszny :) polecam
