Przykro mi stwierdzic ,ze to nie jest bolognese.Do prawdziwego  dodaje sie cebule,marchew,nac selera ,sol i pieprz,i to jest prawdziwe bolognese a to jest pseudo :)

Isabell72, jest tyle przepisow na bolo, ile kuchni i Mamas w domach wloskich... Inaczej mowiac, nie ma jednego, "prawdziwego" przepisu na bolognese, one wszystkie sa prawdziwe!

Osobiscie nie dodaje ani marchwi, ani selera, bo marchew zbytnio slodzi moj sos, a selera nie lubie. I o.
