Z tego przepisu wychodzą 2 sztuki ciasta

40dkg maki np.tortowej
1/4 kostki masla
2 cale jajka
2 łyżki octu
3 łyzki cukru pudru
3 kopiate łyzki smietany 18%
troszke bułki tartej
cynamon
cukier do przyżądzenia jablek ilość dowolna jak kto lubi
10 jabłej sredniej wielkości
1/4kostki masla roztopiona- do posmarowania ciasta

Prepare instructions:

mąke przesiać dodać masło pokrojone w kostkę ,wbić cale jajka,dodać ocet,cukier puder oraz smietanę i zagnieść wszystkie skladniki,ciasto jest delikatne w dotyku więc potrzebujemy jeszcze odrobine maki do podypania aby rozwalkować ciasto na dwa rowne placki.Jablkazetrzeć na tarce o duzych oczkach,odcisnąc nadmiar soku i doprawic cukrem i cynamonem.
Ciasto smarujemy pendzelkiem -roztopionym masłem i posypujemy odrobiną bulki tartej ,a nastepnie wykladamy jablka i rolujemy ciasto jak roladę --powstana dwie rolady,które z góry rowniez smarujemy roztopionym masłem.ciasta wkładamy do brytfanki wyłożonej pergaminem do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 200st./mam piekarnik elektryczny bez termoobiegu/pieczemy na złoty kolor,po upieczeniu posypujemy cukrem pudrem,najlepszy strudel jest na następny dzień gdy odwilgnie:)polecam

Przepis wygląda tak smakowicie, że wątpię aby "dotarł" do dnai następnego, kiedy to jest najsmaczniejszy. Wypróbuję.
