Różyczko świetna ta surówka, mi smakuje bardzo lubię takie wyraźniejsze w smaku, dodałam soku z cytryny, wczoraj robiłam podobną z majoneem ale coś jej brakowało. teraz tylko czeka na ocene mojego Męża surówkowego potwora :)

Bardzo dobra surówka. Ja zrobiłem ją z całej małej główki kapusty, pozostałe proporcje bez zmian. Po poszatkowniu kapusty posypałem ją solą i po 15 min. wycisąlem powstały sok. Następnie dodałem pozostałe składniki.
