Widzę już drugi przepis na pyszną surówkę, a możesz zdradzić jak kisisz czerwoną ?

Można kisić przesypując solą i ubijajac w kamiennym garnku lub całkiem niezła jest zalewając poszatkowaną ubitą wyparzonych słoikach sokiem z ogórków kiszonych.Sok miałam z butli 5 l jak ogórki kisiłam.Taka mi przetrwała jeszcze z tamtego roku,tylko krótko ją zapazteryzowałam 5-8 min.Pozdrawiam
