Aby złagodzić ostrość pora, po pokrojeniu go w paseczki przelewam go na sitku dużą ilością wzrzącej wody. Zamiast jajka dodaję namoczone w wodzie z miodem rodzynki.

Ja wole pora troszkę ostrzejszego, i nie lubie rodzynek, z jajkiem to moja ulubiona surówka. Pozdrawiam
