Ingredients:

0,5 kg mąki tortowej

1 całe jajko

2 żółtka

0,5 paczki masła

kubek śmietany 18% /250ml/

0,5 szklanki cukru

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

2-2,5 jabłek /startych na grubej tarce /przed nałożeniem na ciasto lekko odcisnąć sok.

trochę bułki tartej do posypania ciasta przed nałożeniem jabłek

Prepare instructions:

wszystkie produkty oprócz jabłek i bułki tartej wyrobić jak makaron i podzielić na 2 części

rozwałkować jedną część ,położyć na blachę wyłożoną pergaminem,lekko posypać bułką tartą

następnie nałożyć warstwę startych jabłek,

na jabłka kładziemy ubite 2 białka z cukrem /2 lub 3 kopiaste łyżki curu w zależności od smaku jabłek/

na tak przygotowane ciasto nakładamy rozwałkowaną drugą część ciasta ,smarujemy roztopionym masłem ,na końcu przekłuwamy widelcem wierzch ciasta w kilku miejscach

i wkładamy do piekarnika na 50-60min. temp.170-180

ciasto smarujemy roztopionym masłem - czyli tym 0,5 kostki? czy też te 0,5 idzie do ciasta, a na wierzch potrzebna dodatkowa porcja? a wtedy ile na wierzch?

Przepraszam faktycznie troszke nie dopisałam jak nalezy-masło nalezy dać do ciasta a potem troszke roztopić i posmarować tak aby było lekko tłuste u góry
