Szarlotka Tutti Frutti

Ingredients:

5 jajek
1,5 szklanki cukru
3 szklanki maki
kostka margaryny
1 i 1/2 łyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyzeczki mąki ziemniaczanej
1,5 kg jabłek
szczypta cynamonu
galaretka cytrynowa

Prepare instructions:

Jabłka obrać,pokroic i zesmażyc.Do goracych wsypac galaretke.Jeżeli sa bardzo kwasne dodac nieco cukru.
Z maki,połowy szklanki cukru,żółtek i margaryny zagnieśc ciasto.Podzielic je na 3 części.2 z nich zamrozic.
Ubic białka na sztywno z dodatkiem reszty cukru i maki ziemniaczanej.
Nie zamrożonym ciastem wylepić blache.widelcem zrobic nakłucia,wyłozyc jabłka.Nastepnie zetrzeć na tarce warstwe mrozonego ciasta, na nia położyć piane i przykryć ostatnią warstwą startego ,mrozonego ciasta.Piec w temperaturze 180 stopni ok.40 minut.

Robię tą szarlotke juz od wielu lat.W moim przepisie nie ma galaretki,ale chyba spróbuje z nią zrobić. A tak pozatym to też ją polecam,naprawdę warto,jest pyszna.
