Szpinak jest przepyszny, oczywiście jeśli ktoś lubi :) Ja dodaję tylko troszkę masełka i 1 jajko wbijam. Nawet moja 11miesięczna córeczka polubiła ten smak :)

masła stanowczo za dużo , czosnek tylko świerzy wyciśnięty lub drobno pokrojony i gałka muszkatałowa koniecznie i smażenie 10-15 min

Szpinak można dłuzej przytrzymać na patelni przed dodaniem szpinaku, żeby zmiękł. Pozdrawiam!!
