Szybkie ciasto z żurawiną

Ingredients:

2 szkl. mąki

2 jajka

1/2 słoiczka żurawiny

1/2 szkl. cukru

1 szkl. mleka

1/3 szkl. oleju

1 łyżeczka cynamonu

1 łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej

1 łyżeczka kakao

Można dodać bakalie.

1 szkl.=250ml

1 lyzeczka = 5ml

Prepare instructions:

Jajka zmiksować z cukrem a następnie dodać olej, żurawinę, mleko, kakao, cynamon i ponownie wymieszać. Po trochu dodawać mąkę wymieszaną z sodą. Gotowe ciasto wlać do podłużnej formy keksowej, wysmarowanej uprzednio tłuszczem i posypanej bułką tartą.

Piec w temp.180 C przez 45-50 min.

Ciasto najlepiej sprawdzić drewnianym patyczkiem, żeby mieć pewność, ze się dobrze upiekło. Po ostygnięciu, można je polać polewą czekoladową i dowolnie udekorować.

Zamiast żurawiny można dodać dżem np.wiśniowy.

Ciasto jest mięciutkie i delikatne.
