połowa margaryny

1 czosnek

łyżeczka oregano

łyżeczka przecieru pomidorowego

2 szkl.mąki

2 łyżki wody

FARSZ:

1 pora

2 cukinia

2 cebule

2 jajka

30 dag.ser żółty

pieprz

sól

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO:margarynę roztopić dodajemy ztarty czosnek,oregano,przecier pomidorowy,wodę,mąke.Wszystko wyrobić,jak będzie mało mąki to jeszcze trochę dodać.Ciasto rozwałkować,dać do formy,brzegi formy też lekko wykleić,piec 15 min.w temp.180 stopni.

FARSZ:cukinie obrać,zetrzeć,lekko solimy i odstawić na trochę,cebule i pore kroimy lekko smażymy,ser zetrzeć,cukinie odciskamy z wody.Do miski wbijamy jajka,pieprz,sól,ser, dodajemy cebule z porą i cukinie,dokładnie mieszamy i dajemy na ciasto.Pieczemy 25 min.w temp.180 stopni

Jak cukinia jest młoda,to obieramy ją ze skórki i zcieramy w całości,a jeżeli jest duża to jeszcze wybieramy pestki.

ja nie robiłam z bakłażanem,ale sądze,że tak,trzeba z nim zrobić tak jak z cukinią
