Ingredients:

0,5 kg serka śmietankowego

4 jaja

3/4 szklanki cukru pudru

cukier waniliowy

paczka biszkoptów (najlepiej okrągłych)

2 kawy 2 w 1 rozpuszczalne

kakao

szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Jest to błyskawiczny przepis na przepyszny deser. Polecam go szczególnie, przy niespodziewanych gościach, lub, gdy mamy ochote na coś słodkiego i pysznego zarazem. Przepis jest na 4 porcje.

Żółtka oddzielić od białek, ubić z nich z cukrem pudrem i cukrem waniliowym kogel- mogel, dodać porcjami ser śmietankowy, wyrobić na jednolitą mase. Białka ubić ze szczyptą soli na pianę, dodać ją do masy serowo- żółtkowej, delikatnie wymieszać. Kawę zaparzyć w 400 ml wody. Rozłożyć miseczki, na dno każdej układać wymoczone w kawie biszkopty, na to masa, potem kolejna warsta biszkoptów i znowu masa. Całość posypać kakao. Następnie miseczki schować do lodówki i schłodzić porządnie.

czy ta nazwa to pomylka czy tak ma byc? gdyby w skladnikach byl ser mascarpone i amaretto to byloby tiramisu...

skopolendra przepis mam od koleżanki i przypomina on w smaku orginalne tiramitsu, więc my z koleżanką opiewamy prz tej nazwie - tak samo, jak nasi znajomi, którzy ten deser kosztowali. Pozdrawiam
