Ingredients:

Biszkopt z 6 jaj:

6 jaj

pół szklanki cukru

2/3 szklanki mąki

łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

Polewa czekoladowa:

1 margaryna

6 łyżek cukru

4 łyżki kakao naturalnego

2 jaja

Krem:

gotowy krem śmietankowy Delecta

mała śmietanka 30% + 2 łyżki cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:

Białka ubic dodajac powoli cukier. Do ubitych białek dodawac po 1 żółtku i przez chwile ubijac. Nastepnie dodac wymieszane i przesiane mąki z proszkiem i delikatnie wymieszac. Mase wyłożyc na tortownice wysmarowana margaryna i opruszonąmąką. Piec 35 minut w 180st.

Przygotowac polewe - jajka ubic z cukrem i kakao, margaryne rozpuscic i goracą dolac do jaj - wymieszac wszystko dokładnie. Ostudzic.

Przygotowac krem z intrukcji na opakowaniu - potrzebne bedzie tylko 300 ml mleka.

Upieczony i wystudzony biszkopt przekroic na 3 placki. Spód smarujemy dosc grubiej polewa czekoladowa, na to połowa kremu smietankowego,nastepny krążek znowu polewa i druga połowa kremu, przykrywamy 3 krążkiem.

Do dekoracji tortu ubijamy śmietanke 30 z cukrem pudrem i dekorujemy.

Torcik jest pyszny i nie wymaga dużo pracy. POLECAM
