Trzy placki z miodem

Ingredients:

3 szklani mąki
2 całe jajka
10 dkg margaryny
3 łyżki miodu
20 dkg cukru
2 łyżki smietany
1 łyżeczka sody

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka utrzec z cukrem i miodem,potem dodac margarynę lub masło \ ja używam masła|
Białka ubić,wymieszać z żółtkami,wsypać makę.
Sodę rozpuscić w śmietanie,dodac do ciasta,wyrobic.
Pieke z tego trzy placki cieniutkie,na folii

Masa:
1\2 litra mleka,4 łyzki kaszy manny.Gotować 5 min dodać 3\4 szklanki cukru.
Wystudzić kaszę.Do kostki masła dodawać po łyżce kaszy i ucierać.Dodać sok z połowy cytryny.Dodaję też kieliszek rumu dobrego.

Na polewe do ciasta używam:
paczuszka orzechow włoskich,paczuszka migdałow i orzechow laskowych,rozdrabniam i wsypuję do garnuszka z 3 lyżkami cukru,3 łyżki miodu i pół masła,smażę to ok 5 min.Tą gorącą polewą smaruję ciasto. Jest pyszne.

Można dać więcej orzechów ale te trzy paczuszki to akurat.

nie ma nic lepszego!!! ostatnio sama zjadlam 3/4 blaszki !!! rozplywa sie w ustach!!!
