Lubię tak zredagowane przepisy - trochę anegdoty, trochę teorii, no i oczywiście - przepis właściwy. Z przyjemnością to przeczytałem i na pewno z przyjemnością wypróbuję.

PS. W składnikach zapomniałaś wspomnieć o kiełkach.

Tak, już poprawiam, choć nie wszędzie jadłam w knajpkach z kiełkami. Ja czasem robię też bez, jak nie mam, ale fakt, Wietnamczycy  na ogół je podają.
