Wigilijny karp w smietanie

Ingredients:

1duzy karp,
mąka,
60 dkg. pieczarek,
3 cebule,
0,75 l. smietany kremówki 30%,
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Karpia pokroic na dzwonki sredniej wielkosci, obtoczyc w mące polączonej z solą i pieprzem. Usmażyć na złoty kolor. Pieczarki obrac pokroić w pół plastry, cebule w pół krążki usmażyć doprawić solą i pieprzem. Przełożyć do żaroodpornego naczynia rybe i pieczarki zalać śmietaną. Przed podaniem wstawić na 30 minut do piekarnika.
