3 jaja
4 łyżki mąki tortowej
3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
0,5 szklanki cukru

1 galaretka wiśniowa
1 galaretka limonkowa lub agrestowa

wisnie świeże lub ze słoika

krem

4 żółtka
2 budynie waniliowe
2 cukry waniliowe
3 szklanki mleka
1 kostka masła
zapach waniliowy
0,5 szklanki cukru

beza

4 białka
5 łyżek cukru

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników wykonać i upiec biszkopt.Wprostokątnej blaszce.Gdy będzie zimne wyjąć.

Białka ubić na gęstą pianę z cukrem.Wycisnać szpryca na blaszkę ,w której piekliśmy biszkopt.Suszyć bezę w 100 stopniach do momentu aż lekko będzie złotawa.

Galaretki osobno rozpuścić w takiej ilości jak na opakowaniu.

odlać 0,5 szklanki mlekai wsypać do niego budynie i rozbełtane żóltka.Reszte zagotować wraz z cukrem i cukrami waniliowymi.Ugotowac budyń.Wystudzic.Powoli dodawac do masła.

Na zimny biszkopt wyłożyć wiśnie polać gęstniejącą wiśniową galaretką.Wstawić na chwile do lodówki aby mocniej zgęstniało.Wyłożyć na to krem i wylać gęstniejącą galaretkę limonkową.Wstawić na noc do lodówki.

Przed podaniem nałożyć beze i pokroić .SMACZNEGO!!!!
