Szafarzu, czy ciasto nie jest bardzo twarde o upieczeniu? Kiedyś zostało mi sporo ciasta do pierogów, a zabrakło farszu, nie wiedziałam co z nim zrobić, a teraz widzę Twój przepis i myślę, że byłby idealny w takiej sytuacji, tylko właśnie - jaka jest konsystencja/twardość upieczonego ciasta?
