Zapiekanka Super

Ingredients:

bagietka z TESCO(najwieksza i najdroższa)
pół kostki masła
500 g pieczarek
pół cebuli
zioła prowansalskie
500 g sera gouda
pomidor
ogórek
papryka słodka- zmielona
kukurydza
szczypiorek

majonez
ketchup

Prepare instructions:

pieczarki pokroić w kostkę, dodać cebulę (także w kosteczkach) i zioła prowansalskie-->udusić;
bagietke pokroić na 8 części(na spody zapiekanek),posmarować je masłem;
położyć na każdą z zapiekanek pieczarki+kukurydze, wstepnie podgrzać w piekarniku w 50 stopni C;
następienie położyć na wierzch ser ,
piec do rozpuszczenia sera(110 stopni C);
dodać ketchup i majonez, na wierzch zapiekanki położyć plasterek pomidorka i ogórka, pokroić szczypiorku, posypać papryką słodką:)

p.s:taka pyszną zapiekankę można również kupić na dworcu pks w Rzeszowie(nazywa się tam zapiekanka super), jest tam gdzie największa kolejka:),
ale nie ma to jak domowe

każdy, kto mieszka w Rzeszowie zna te "dworcowe" zapiekanki, nigdzie indziej nie można takich kupić, ale zrobić w domu - czemu nie:-)))
