zapiekanka ziemniaczana z miesem mielonym i cukinią

Ingredients:

ok.1,5 kg ziemniaków
400 g mięsa mielonego
mały koncentrat pomidorowy
1 srednia cukinia
1 papryka
kubeczek smietany kwasnej lub ew.jogurt naturalny
2 jaja
1 duza cebula
ser żółty-wedlug upodoban
przyprawa do ziemniakow
sól,pieprz
zioła prowansalskie,czosnek, bazylia,oregano

Prepare instructions:

1. Obrane ziemniaki pokroić w plastry i gotowac w osolonej wodzie ok 10 minut.Odcedzić.
2. Mięso mielone przesmażyć z cebulą i papryką.Dodać koncentrat pomidorowy.Przyprawić ziołami,sola i pieprzem,czosnkiem.
3. Cukinie pokroić w plastry,posolić i odstawić na ok 15 minut,żeby puściła sok.
3. Naczynie żaroodporne wysmarować masłem. Dno wyłożyc plastrami ziemniaków.Popruszyć przyprawą do ziemniaków.
4. Na ziemniaki wyłożyć mięso mielone,Przykryć warstwa ziemniakow,popruszyc przyprawą.

5.Na wierzch rozłozyć cukinię.Smietanę roztrzepać z jajkami,doprawić i polać nią wierzch zapiekanki.Wstawić do piekarnika.
6. 10 min. przed koncem pieczenia posypać całośc żółtym serem.

Piec w temp.180-200 C ok 30 minut.

Przepyszna zapiekanka, dodałam jeszcze papryczkę chili i było doskonałe. Dziwne że jeszcze nikt jej nie zrobił, polecam wszystkim i pozdrawiam autorkę :-))
