Danie w porządku, ale wg. mnie pory wiele tracą w tej potrawie. O wiele smaczniejsze i zdrowsze byłyby lekko podsmażane bezpośrednio z mięsem i przyprawami niż zamulone śmietaną i bulionem. Gubią wtedy swój smak na rzecz śmietanowego rosołku:/ Reasumując: zjadłem i ok., ale więcej nie przyrządzę:) Pozdrawiam wszystkim miłośników porow!
