Ziemniaki pieczone z oregano

Ingredients:

przepis na ok. 6 porcji
1,5 kg ziemniakow
1 flizanka oliwy z oliwek
3 flizanki wody
sok z 2 cytryn
sol, pieprz, orygano

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrac i pokroic w podluzne plastry tzw.osemki ( jesli sa male to pozostawic w calosci) Nastepnie ziemniaki ulozyc w brytfance (lub na blasze) dodac sol, pieprz, orygano, polac sokiem z 2 cytryn. Na koncu zalac oliwa i 3 flizankami wody. Ziemniaki zapiekamy w srednio nagrzanym piekarniku ok. 1 godz.

Takie ziemniaczki polecam do kazdego radzaju miesa, robi sie je latwo i co wazne zawsze sa pod reka i smakuja super!

Zrobiłam i wyszły całkiem, całkiem, choć uczciwie trzeba powiedzieć, że odgrzewane na drugi dzień były jeszcze lepsze. Arabella! Zapomniałaś w przepisie o oregano, ale jak rozumiem, trzeba po prostu posypać. Generalnie smaczny dodatek do mięsa.

Gorąco polecam ten przepis. Ziemniaczki wychodzą idealne i stanowią u nas urozmaicenie do tradycyjnych ziemniaków. Bardzo dziękuję za przepis.

A ja zapytam o temperaturę tą ''średnią'' tzn ile konkretnie 120C czy 180C czy 150C ?

Średnia temperatura to przeważnie między 150-170 ºC. Wszystko zależy od piekarnika.
