Dla mnie troszkę za słodkie, ale pominąwszy ten drobny szczegół bardzo smaczny i szybki deser. Polecam.

Toż to z niemieckiego! Deser "kalter Hund" - nawet chyba sami Niemcy nie wiedzą, skąd ta dziwaczna nazwa. A swoją drogą to naprawdę smaczny deser. W "moim" oryginalny jest tłuszcz kokosowy.

Surowe jajka przeciez można  używać, tylko należy je zanurzyć na kilka sekund we wrzątku, tak więc elsidka nie strasz salmonellą
