Nie wątpię, że ziołowe ziemniaczane szaleństwo jest pyszne, bo robię je również, ale na patelni. Ziemniaki podsmażone na boki patelni, a na środek wbijam jajko. Na wierzch starty żółty ser. Jest to wielki przysmak mojego średniego syna.

takie ziemniaczki zagoszczą na stałe w mojej kuchni zrobiłam je ale zamiast oleju było masełko noi inny zestaw ziół oregano, bazylia rozmaryn. Wssspaaaniałe .Dzięki serdeczne za taki przepis.
