Zupa cebulowa -bardzo prosta

Ingredients:

      porcja na dwie trzy osoby

        2-3 cebule
        2-3 lyzki smalcu
             sol pieprz
             grzanki
          1 kostka przyprawy KNORR smazona cebulka

Prepare instructions:

Cebule kroimy w kostke.
W garnku rozpuszczamy smalec i wrzucamy na niego cebule.Trzymamy na malym ogniu tak zeby cebulka sie ladnie zaszklila.
Zalewamy woda i gotujemy do miekosci.
Doprawiamy sola , pieprzem, wrzucamy pokruszona kostke KNORR i jeszcze chwilke gotujemy.

No i zupka gotowa:)

Wlewamy do miseczki i wrzucamy do niej grzanki

Grzanki-mozemy pokroic w kostke bulke lub chlebek i podsmazyc na patelni bez dodatku tluszczu

( dla urozmaienia mozemy dodac troche startego sera)

jest to naprawde dobra zupka i bardzo szybko sie ja robi

Nie wiem jak się wypowie autorka przepisu ale moim zdaniem bez tłuszczu to nie to samo - smak będzie inny.

witam.przyznam szczerze ze nie probowalam bez tluszczu. chyba sie zgodze z lelkiem ze smak na pewno bedzie inny.Moze odrobinka ci nie zaszkodzi?

Wydaje mi sie ze fajnie bedzie smakowalo jesli zastapimy smalec maslem.Maslo i cebulka bardzo fajnie sie komponuja smakowo.

jak najbardziej mozna zastapic maslem tez tak czasami robie(przewaznie jednak uzywam smalcu dlatego tez tak napisalam)
