Zupa grysikowa niestandardowa

Ingredients:

Rosół:

1 kurczak

0,5 selera

2 pietruszki

1 duży por

1 cebula w osłonce

2 marchewki

sół

sporo pieprzu

Szklanka kaszy mannej (grysiku)

Koperek lub pietruszka

Aby urozmaicić smak rosołu mozemy dodać:

4 ziela angielskie

4 liście laurowe

1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu

1/2 łyzeczki imbiru

Prepare instructions:

Grysik gotujemy na gęsto w osolonej wodzie. Wylewamy na talerz, mieszamy z koperkiem i odstawiamy do zastygnięcia (można bez koperku). Zastygły grysik kroimy na kostki i wykładamy na talerze.

Mięso zalewamy wodą, odajemy włożczyznę bez marchwii. Gotujemy na najmniejszym ogniu, aż mięso prawie będzie się rozpadać. W międzyczasie zdejmujemy szumowiny. Ok 30 min przed końcem gotowania dodajemy marchewkę i solimy, dodajemy pieprz.

Na kostki grysiku wykładamy trochę mięsa i marchewki. Zalewamy gorącym rosołem. Pieprzymy..

Taki grysik stosuję, gdy nie mam makaronu.

Znam ten przepis z jakiejś gazetki kulinarnej, ale już kilkuletniej i nigdy się nie skusiłam... Dobrze, że mi przypomniałaś o tych kosteczkach z manny -koniecznie muszę to wypróbować:)

No widzisz, a to nie z gazetki tylko z głowy :) Moja mama tak robi od 30 lat, czyli odkąd pamietam :)
