Zupa-krem z rabarbaru.

Ingredients:

- 5-6 długich łodyg rabarbaru

- ok. 0,5 szkl. cukru

- śmietana

- czerstwa bułka na grzanki

Oczywiście ilość składników możemy zwiększyć.

Prepare instructions:

Nieuchronnie nadchodzą wielkie upały - ta zupa jest na nie doskonała. Winno-słodka, gęsta, orzeźwiająca, doskonała do napicia się z kubeczka lub z miseczki ze świeżymi grzankami.

1. Umyty i obrany ze skóry rabarbar pokroić do garnka na 2-3cm kawałki.

2. Zalać wodą - tylko tyle, ale ledwo go przykrywała (ma być krem, a nie kompot) i rozgotować. Trwa to ok. 10-15 minut.

3. Zdjąć z ognia, wsypać cukier (ilość regulujemy próbując gotową zupę) i potraktować blenderem. Pod koniec blendowania dodać śmietanę i delikatnie zagotować.

Wiem, że zdjęcia są nijakie ale zupa naprawdę jest fantastyczna na upały. I zupełnie nieznana, co zauważyłam też wśród koleżanek.
