Ingredients:

250 dag mięsa mielonego (wieprzowe, wołowe lub z kurczaka)
puszka czerwonej fasoli
puszka pokrojonych w kostkę pomidorów
średnia cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
koncentrat pomidorowy (mały)
sól, pieprz
papryka mielona ostra
2 kostki rosołowe
3 ziarenka ziela angielskiego, 2 liście laurowe

Prepare instructions:

Na początku należy wyciągnąć duży garnek i wlać ok. litra wody, 2 kostki rosołowe, ziele i liście laurowe, zagotować. W międzyczasie na patelni podsmażamy mięso mielone (można je lekko doprawić), natomiast na oddzielnej patelni podsmażamy cebulkę. Mięso i cebulę dodajemy do gotujacego się "rosołku" razem z puszką fasoli i pomidorów (razem z "sokiem" w nich zawartym) oraz przeciśnięty czosnek. Gotujemy całość około 10-15 min. po czym dodajemy połowę koncentratu pomidorowego oraz doprawiamy (wedle uznania, zależy kto jaką ostrość woli). Gotujemy to jeszcze ok. 5 min. i podajemy na talerze :)

Zupy wychodzi bardzo dużo, na ok. 5 porcji. Ważne aby garnek był duży (aby pomieścił podane składniki).

Smaczna zupa, taka inna wersja gulaszowej. Ja zrobiłam na prawdziwym wywarze a nie na kostkach, do tego zamiast zwykłej fasoli dałam taką bonduelle fasola z kukurydzą po meksykańsku i na koniec zagęściłam mąką - wyszła gęsta, syta, rozgrzewająca zupa. Podałam ją z domowym pieczywem czosnkowym Dzięki za przepis !
