Ile tej wody na gotowanie rosołu proponujesz na ta ilość składników?

No o tym nie pomyslałam. Gotuję w 5l garnku. Czyli tak 3l myślę wody.

U nas też jadamy taki "samotny'-ziemniaki podane osobno,dobrze utłuczone,polane przesmażoną cebulką czy złocistymi skwarkami.

Za wczesnie "kliknęłam"-muszę dopisać,że,aby żurkowi osłodzić nieco tę samotnosć,wkładam do niego jajko na twardo,ew białą czy zwykłą kiełbasę,na której się gotował.
