mari mam pytanie,jestem piewrszy raz na tym forum i nie bardzo wiem jak wyslac wiadomosc na priva,widze ze masz mnostwo przepisow na porzeczke czarna,ja szukam przepisu na porzeczke w cukrze (gotowana lub smarzona) ale taka ktora po odlaniu soku jest cala a nie "mus" porzeczkowy,taka ktora zimo bede mogle wykorzystac do ciast,mam rewelacyjny przepis na capuccino ale tam wlasnie musi obowiazkowo byc czarna porzeczka,bo jest kwaskowa i ciemna (wisnie sie nie nadaja)
czy mozesz cos znales w swoich zbiorach? bo jestem cikawa czy powyzszy przepis daje cale porzeczki?
