jesli chodzi o tzatziki to nie macie racji. oryginalny przepis (ktory podawałam pracując w grecji to ogótek-tarty i obrany jogurt czosnek dużo koperku , sól pieprz ewentualnie cukier i sok z cytryny - wg upodobania bo nie koniecznie, absolutnie rzadnego octu!!!! ewentualnie oliwa ale odrobine. aha i nie zgodze się z narzekaniem że w polsce nei ma jogurtu. otórz jest, jogurt typu greckiego. chociażby w cearfurze(nie wiem jak się pisze nazwe) jest idealnie gęsty i nei trzeba z niczym mieszać a kosztuje niecale 2zł. a jeśli nie znajdziecie to polecam jogurt naturalny i serek bieluch. pozdrawiam, bardzo fajna stronka :)
