Wypróbowałam przepis- wyszło bardzo pyszne ciasto- ja zrobiłam je z dodatkiem brzoskwiń z puszki i galaretką malinową:)

Szarlotka wyszła przepyszna- moja modyfikacja to trzy żółtka plus jedno całe jajko wymieszane z czterema łyżkami śmietany i 3/4 kostki margaryny:).

Czy śmietana jest bez cukru? Czy ma być słodka czy ukwaszona?

Ciasto przepyszne, właśnie je zrobiłam. Moja modyfikacja to więcej śmietany (0,5 l) i na wierzchu posypka z mielonych orzechów, słonecznika i czegoś tam jeszcze( można kupić na Węgrzech- tam używają tego do Gundel palacsinta).Mniam:)
