Jeszcze ciekawszy smak uzyskamy, gdy cebulkę pokrojoną w kostkę podsmażymy na półmiękko w oleju. Pod koniec smażenie dodajemy łyżeczkę octu, żeby miała winny smak. Wtedy nie trzeba dodawać majonezu, olej ze smażenia cebuli wystarczy.
