Maslo uciera sie z cukrem a potem dodaje sie pojedynczo zoltka. Ale wszystkie polskie przepisy mowia zeby ucierac zoltka z cukrem.
Tylko ze to nie ma sensu bo potem bardzo trudno jest polaczyc maslo i doprowadzic mase do odpowiedniej konsystencji.
Naprawde bedzie latwiej utrzec maslo z cukrem, nastepnie dodawac po jednym zoltku, mieszajac dokladnie po dodaniu kazdego, nastepnie dodaniu zmielonych orzechow i bulki tartej i na koncu delikatnie mieszajac piane z bialek.
Nie probowalam tego przepisu ale wyglada obiecujaca i wlasnie to mnie w nim zainteresowalo ze autorka chciala poprawnie laczyc skladniki.
