Mam radę odnośnie formowania: nabieram masę na dużą łyżkę, wierzch dociskam dłonią - nabiera to ładnego, ciasteczkowego kształtu i potem po prostu zsuwam na formę. Formę mam wyłożona folią aluminiową, którą dodatkowo smaruję  olejem (pędzelkiem). Piekę około 10 minut w starym gazowym piecu w temperaturze 200 stopni. Po wyjęciu z pieca ciasteczka zostawiam na folii do ostygnięcia a na blachę wykładam nową folię. Ciasteczka ściągam z folii dopiero po 3-4 minutach kiedy juz przestygną.
A same ciasteczka są przepyszne i sycące. Mniam mniam. Smacznego i dziękuję za fajny przepis :)
