Właśnie konsumuję. mniami :) Wcześniej robiłam z innego przepisu, ale ten jest równie dobry i mniej pracochłonny :) Do ciasta dodaję jeszcze trochę gałki muszkatołowej. A oto mój faworyt na wierzch: filet kurczaka w kostkę i na patelnie, podsmażyć i wymieszać z przyprawą kebab, do tego zeszklona cebula i ewentualnie kukurydza. SEREM DOPIERO PO UPIECZENIU POSYPUJEMY PIZZE I JESZCZE NA CHWILĘ DO PIEKARNIKA WTEDY JEST CIĄGNĄCY :) do tego robie sos czosnkowy: kubeczek jogurtu naturalnego, 3 łyżeczki majonezu, trochę soli, pieprzu, czerwonej papryki, oregano, i świeżo wyciśnięty czosnek (ilość wg uznania- ja daje tak ok 4 ząbków).
