Hallo, Jestem tutej "nowa". Doroto, zrobilam kartacze wg. Twojego przepisu, wyszly niezle, ale troche kleiste. Bylam w Wilnie. Zajadalam sie tamtymi Zepelinami. Smakuja jednak inaczej niz te ktore zrobilam wg. Twojego przepisu  i inne niz te, ktore robila moja mama. Mama moja mieszala kartofle surowe z gotowanymi. ( proporcja 1/3) , wychodzily czasami za twarde, albo czasami jakis sie rozgotowal.  Czy moze mi ktos pomoc i podac przepis na te zepeliny wilenskie?  Przeczytalam mase przepisow na kartacze, zepeliny, pyzy,ale chyba najbardziej podoba mi sie przepis na te DOROTY z Suwalk i WOILA. Czy bylysie w Wilnie? Jadlyscie tamte zepeliny?   To sa takie wielkie kluche z miesem, ktore rozplywaja sie w ustach!
