dziś upiekłem, jest super jedynie zmieniłem temperaturę na mniejszą i dłużej się piekło.Zarąbisty przepis schab pachnący i soczysty. Dzięki Pozdrawiam.

witam czy jałowiec i kolendrę wrzucasz do możdzierza ? czy ziarenka są w całości. Ja wrzuciłem i marynata jest troszeczkę ostra ale zobaczymy jutro jak upiekę co wyjdzie. Pozdrawiam.

Witam ja od początku delikatnie gotuję rosół po prostu lekko pyka i nie solę na początku jest o niebo lepszy, wtedy mięsko oddaje do rosołu z siebie co najlepsze i gotuję również do 4 godzin.AAA i oprócz łebka prawdziwka dodaję jeden gożdzik.
