Jestem w szoku!

Nie z powodu przepisu, ale tego, że obieracie krewetki z pacerzy przed przyrządzeniem! W skorupkach mają rewelacyjny smak i barwę. Są bardziej delikatne i soczyste, wiele zyskują na dodatkach. Krewetki grenlandzkie, czy tygrysie smakują o wiele lepiej przyrządzane w całości. Trzeba się tylko trochę pogimnastykować podczas jedzenia, ale to również ma bardzo wiele zalet (np. wydłużający się czas wspólnej konsumpcji, czy zabawne sytuacje podczas obierania ze skorupek).
Spróbujcie, bo nie wiecie, co tracicie! Barbarus65.
