Mi te pączki wyszły obrzydliwie tłuste!! Dodałam spirytus ale to nic nie dało - dodam, że opcja "za niska temperatura oleju" nie wchodzi w grę, bo niektóre były spieczone a surowe w środku heh ;/
Ponadto nie wiem co autorka miała na myśli pisząc "na prawie białą kremową masę" - ucierałam, ucierałam i nadal żółtka były żółte... Ciasto strasznie się kleiło do rąk - mleka wystarczyło mi szklanka a i tak było rzadkawe... Smak? po mega odciśnięciu tych pączków (tak że się zrobiły mini kuleczki) byly w miarę dobre... Piszę "po mega odciśnięciu:" bo w innym przypadku sie ich po prostu nie dało jesc :/
