Przepis znakomity, szukalem od jakiegos czasu przepisu na sernik na zimno z mascarpone, a ten wydal sie najciekawszy. Zrobilem juz ten sernik kilka razy, ale dodalem kilka zmian do glownego przepisu.

Jesli chodzi o ciastka, to moga byc zwykle biszkopty, ale wtedy konieczny jest cynamon (pol saszetki Kamis) i ewentualnie troche imbiru, dzieki temu dodamy do niego nutke pikanterii :) Do stezenia uzywam najwyzej jednego opakowania zelatyny na polowe lub cwiartke ilosci wody i sernik bardzo dobrze tezeje. Natomiast do spodu na 200gr ciastek uzywam 100-130gr masla (oselka).

Sernik wyglada przepysznie i jeszcze lepiej smakuje :)
