przepraszam ale to nie jest zaden pudding Nigieli tylko zwykly Yorkshire Pudding  dodatek do miesnych potraw  w UK szczegulnie w niedziele do tzw. Sunday Roast( niedzielna pieczen)  pasuje do wszysktiego  co mozna podac  z duza iloscia sosu...(wolowina, kurczak ,indyk ,wieprzownia ,baranina )...

mozna go stosowac jako slodkosc ale to polecam z bita smietana lub lodami w srodku z toffi lub tez z sosem truskawkowym .....

a temp jest wystarczajaca 195stC 20 min na rozgrzanym piekarniku i formie  z dodztkiem oleju roslinnego ....( w przypadku miesnej wersji forme zalac tluszczem z pieczeni...)
