Średnia ilośc jelit na 1 kg kiełbasy to 1,2-1,3 mb.

Bardzo dobry przepis, chociaż osobiście dodaję jeszcze do tej ilości mięsa łyżeczkę zmielonej kolendry oraz dwie łyżeczki gorczycy.

Ponadto uważam że 1/2 ltr wody to trochę za mało, bo przy dobrym tzw. wyrobieniu masy mięso piję trochę więcej wody ( ok. 1 ltr).

Zresztą ilość potrzebnej wody uzależniona jest również od wilgotności mięsa, gdyż każde mięso ma inną konsystencję, więc pozostawiam do wyboru.
