Pyszności. Nikt nie mógł uwierzyć, że są tam ziemniaki. Nadziałam je różanopodobnym dżemem ;-).

Witam! Ja nie nadziewam poączków tylko robę takie malutkie jak kuleczki i posypuję cukrem pudrem.Jeżeli wyszło mało spoiste (czsem się to zdarza )dodaję mąki by uzyskać konsystęcję ciasta makaronowego.Pozdrawiam.

Ciasto po upieczeniu bardzo delikatne i puszyste, ale trudne w "obróbce" przy formowaniu, bo bardzo się klei. Mimo wszystko wysiłek nie idzie na marne.

Dodałam ok. 2 łyżek wódki, żeby nie piły tłuszczu. I nie piją :) No i nadziewałam marmoladą, nie wiem czy taki był zamysł autorki przepisu, ale moja rodzinka lubi nadziewane pączki.

Polecam do spróbowania.
